Refund & Cancellation Policy – Excellence Design Training Centre
1. Admission & Enrollment
At Excellence Design Training Centre, admission is confirmed only after successful payment of the course fee (full or partial).
- Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis
- Course fees, offers, and discounts are valid for a limited time only
- Students are advised to review course details before enrollment
2. Cancellation Policy
- Once admission is confirmed, cancellation will not take place in any manner
3. Refund Policy
All payments made to Excellence Design Training Centre are strictly non-refundable, including:
- Admission fees
- Course fees (full or installment)
- Registration fees
- Any discounted or offer-based fees
No refund will be provided under any circumstances such as:
- Change of mind
- Personal reasons
- attendance / irregularity
- Course transfer requests
4. Batch Validity & Rescheduling
- Each course has a fixed validity period
- Students must complete the training within the given duration
- Extension or rescheduling may be allowed only once (subject to approval)
- Additional charges may apply for rejoining after validity expires
5. Transfer Policy
- Course transfer to another person is allowed by your end only with T&C
- Course modules cannot be exchanged once training has started
6. Institute Rights
Excellence Design Training Centre reserves the right to:
- Modify course structure, fees, or schedule
- Reschedule or cancel batches due to unavoidable circumstances
- Deny admission or continuation in case of misconduct
