CNC & Axis Fundamentals

4 Axis Basics: Learn 4 axis CNC concepts, rotary axis (A/B), coordinate systems, work offsets, and difference between indexing and continuous machining

CAM Programming

Rotary Operations: Perform 3+1 axis programming, rotary indexing, cylindrical machining, slotting, contouring, and surface machining on round components with proper tool selection

Simulation & Output

Verification & G-Code: Validate toolpaths, detect collisions, simulate rotary motion, and generate final CNC programs using post processing

Project Work
